This interactive and deeply relaxing session will explore what is already in place for you to develop mindful living.  Participants will be guided through several gentle yoga movements and guided meditations that encourage deep mental and physical relaxation.  Participants will determine which styles may work for them.  There are many different styles of yoga and types of meditation, but they all have the same goals...peace of mind and well-being. Yoga encourages a mind/body connection. This connection focuses our attention on the present moment which is the ultimate aim of all meditation.  No prior experience is necessary.  Just come with an open heart.
